We are deeply honoured to be invited by the Tianjin Binhai New Area Intellectual Property Protection Center to attend the collaboration event held in Tianjin on November 27th, where we jointly witnessed and completed the signing ceremony for the “Singapore Overseas Intellectual Property Service Station”. This milestone marks an important step forward for both parties in strengthening overseas intellectual property protection and risk prevention for Chinese enterprises.

Following extensive communication and mutual trust, the Tianjin Binhai New Area Intellectual Property Protection Center and Singapore based PINTAS Intellectual Property Group formally signed a memorandum of cooperation to establish the Overseas Intellectual Property Service Station in Singapore. Moving forward, both parties will integrate professional expertise and international networks to provide more systematic, forward looking, and practical public welfare IP services for Chinese enterprises, particularly innovation entities from the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region. These services will cover regulatory information sharing, cross border dispute updates, technology transfer consultation, compliance guidance, and specialised training support.

The establishment of the Singapore Overseas Service Station will offer Chinese companies stronger intellectual property support as they expand into Singapore and ASEAN markets, while also promoting deeper collaboration within the regional innovation ecosystem. We look forward to continuing our partnership with the Tianjin Binhai Protection Center to create a safer, more transparent, and more supportive international innovation environment, empowering more “Made in China” innovations to succeed globally.

我们非常荣幸受天津市滨海新区知识产权保护中心邀请，于十一月二十七日出席在天津举办的合作交流活动，并在现场共同见证并完成“新加坡海外知识产权服务站”签约仪式。这一重要时刻标志着双方在推动中国企业海外知识产权保护与风险防控方面迈出了具有战略意义的一步。

在多轮深入沟通与充分互信的基础上，天津滨海新区知识产权保护中心与新加坡 PINTAS 知识产权集团正式签署合作备忘，在新加坡设立海外知识产权服务站。未来，双方将整合专业资源与国际网络，为中国企业特别是津京冀地区的创新主体提供更加系统化、前瞻性与实效性的海外知识产权公益服务，包括法规信息共享、跨境纠纷信息反馈、技术转移咨询、合规指导以及专项培训等支持。

新加坡海外服务站的落地，将为中国企业进入新加坡及东盟市场提供更全面的知识产权护航，也将进一步促进区域间创新生态的联动发展。我们期待继续与天津滨海保护中心携手，为中国企业打造更安全、更透明、更友好的国际创新环境，助力更多“中国智造”走向全球。
