Pintas Events: Seminar On Patent Search To Protection And Commercialisation

This seminar was jointly organized by National Institutes of Biotechnology Malaysia (NIBM) and ourselves, Pintas IP Group. The speaker of the seminar was by our very own Mr. Lok Choon Hong. The main topic of the seminar was ‘What Every Researchers Should Know About Intellectual Property Management’ , consisting of:

(a) Fundamentals of patent and IP protection for R&D outputs from universities and research institutions;
(b) Commercialisation strategy for R&D outputs from universities and research institutions;
(c) Introduction to patent search and mapping; and
(d) Interview sessions with researchers.

It was held at Agro-Biotechnology Institute (ABI) Malaysia on Tuesday, 10 February 2015.
