Unlocking New Opportunities of Intellectual Property in Southeast Asia

PINTAS IP Group joined a strategic exchange on Southeast Asia expansion hosted by the Shenzhen Intellectual Property Protection Center. The session explored how businesses from Shenzhen and the Greater Bay Area can expand into Southeast Asia.

The session was attended by Zhang Jian (张剑), Chen Hui (陈辉), Hu Xiao Zhen (胡晓珍), and Yang Yun Fan (杨云帆) from the Shenzhen Intellectual Property Protection Center; Lok Choon Hong and Evie Shim from PINTAS IP Group; and Simon Soh from Unity Assurance PAC.

Participants exchanged views on the afternoon seminar, “Chinese Intellectual Property Enterprises Expanding into Southeast Asia,” and shared insights on IP protection, overseas rights enforcement, cross-border risk management, tax and financial planning, and professional service coordination. 🌏
